Examples of Childcare Consulting

We work with you to learn your needs and budget when deciding the best childcare solution for your family. We will help you identify your wants and concerns and develop possible childcare solutions that match your family’s needs. In the end, you will be given a document with all feedback, tools, templates, and suggested service recommendations. Add a vetting consultation or a placement application fee at the end of your consult for a 10% discount if you wish for more assistance.

Do you want to do the initial search yourself but need help with the screening process and figure out which candidate or school is right for you? At Nanny Posse, we are happy to help you narrow down your list by meeting with your chosen candidates in person or virtually to interview individuals or take tours of selected facilities. We will ask the questions you might have forgotten and use our industry experience to help find the best fit for you. If you choose to use a private provider, we will also run a background check on your final selection to ensure you truly select the best. {Up to three candidates/facilities with each additional incurring an additional fee.}

Do you already have a candidate picked out? Congratulations! Now to finalize that hire and make sure both parties start their new relationship off on the right foot. Let Nanny Posse help with that by defining your expectations, developing a contract that best suits your needs, establishing payroll set up or a payment system*, creating an individualized nanny handbook for your home, and outline emergency plans.

We start by helping you complete the onboarding package. We will go over everything needed to present an attractive and thorough hiring offer. We will go one step further by assisting you with any negotiations and making sure both parties are happy. We will follow up with quarterly reviews and create a documented assessment of any areas of concern or changes you wish to see. Our goal is to make sure both parties are still happy and on track for a successful nanny/family relationship. After all this, the family will have two additional hours to use at their discretion. You may schedule them for in-home visits, additional reviews, mediation, etc.
