We will support you throughout the process and answer any questions you may have about legal pay, benefits, conflict resolution, and transitions, to name a few.

This is an hour and a half consultation where we discuss your needs and budget when considering childcare. I will take into consideration your wants and concerns and come up with possible childcare solutions that match your family’s needs. All feedback, tools, templates, and suggested service recommendations. Add a vetting consultation for 10% discount if you wish for more assistance.

Want to do the initial search yourself but need help with the screening process and figuring out which candidate or school is right for you? At Nanny Posse we are happy to help you narrow down your list by meeting with your chosen candidates in person and taking tours of chosen facilities. We will ask the questions you might have forgotten and use our experience in the industry to help find the best fit for you. We will also run a background check on your final selection to insure you truly are choosing the best Up to three candidates with each additional candidate being an additional $75.

Do you already have a candidate picked out? Congratulations! Now to finalize that hire and make sure both parties start their new relationship off on the right foot. Let Nanny Posse help with that by assisting you define your expectations, develop a contract that best suits your needs, establish payroll set up or a payment system*, create an individualized nanny handbook for your home, and outline emergency plans.

We start by helping you complete the onboarding package. We will go over everything needed to present an attractive and thorough hiring offer. We will go one step further by assisting you with any negotiations and making sure both parties are happy. We will follow up with a 3 month check in and help you create a documented review of any areas of concern or changes that you wish to see. At six months we will assist with another check in and review to make sure both parties are still happy and on track for a successful nanny/family relationship. After all this the family will have two additional hours to use at their discretion. You may schedule them for in home visits, additional reviews, mediation, help deciding with termination, etc.
