The family wish to find a caregiver that has not only toddler experience but also infant experience as they are expecting a new member of their family in November. Job Title: NANNY
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Job Type: Part-Time

Reference Number: NP112

Full-time Nanny required for G2.5yr & B6yr, located in Chapel Hill, NC, Competitive Pay. Start ASAP

A fantastic new position has arisen for a fun, active nanny to partner with fun and outdoorsy family.

The family wish to find a caregiver that not only has a background in early childhood but a caring individual that will connect with both children and celebrate their individual strengths. This position is ideal for someone that enjoys sports (6-year-old’s request!) playdough, and just spending time outdoors being active.

The nanny may be asked to support the 6-year-old through virtual schooling if Chatam County decides to go that route. They also want someone comfortable engaging the 2-year-old in developmentally appropriate activities.

The nanny’s duties will center around the child, but some light housework and laundry help may be requested. The family would appreciate someone that is a self-starter and needs little direction. They would also like someone to partner with them and implement the routines and schedule they already have in place to provide consistency in their household.

The working schedule will be 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday.

This is a long-term position. The family wish to find not just a caregiver but a member of their family that will support them on their childcare journey.

This position is a live-out role, and due to the short hiring window, the family would prefer to hire a local candidate. However, candidates outside the triangle willing to commute or relocate will be considered. The nanny will eventually need to drive on the job and should have a vehicle they are willing to transport the children in.

The family will consider a nanny that wishes to bring their own child if they are of a similar age.
Interviews are taking place now with an aim to have someone in the role by September 3rd. The family is somewhat flexible if their perfect fit needs to start sooner than their desired start date.
