Frequently asked questions
For your convenience, here are some frequently asked questions from nannies and our answers. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us.
Are you considering working with an agency like Nanny Posse but unsure of the benefits?
Allow us to explain how we operate. We pride ourselves in being a collaborative partner, working alongside you throughout the entire process. As industry insiders, we offer valuable guidance and education on the best path for your family. Furthermore, we take on the bulk of the work by thoroughly screening and vetting candidates before introducing them to you.
At Nanny Posse, we work with you to identify the key traits of your ideal caregiver, using our expertise to create a strong foundation for a successful relationship. If you prefer to take on some of the hiring process yourself, we offer supplemental tools to help. During our free discovery call, we can customize a plan that works best for you.
To begin, simply fill out the brief family application on our website. From there, book a discovery call that works for your schedule or wait for us to reach out and schedule an initial consultation.
We understand that agency placement isn’t right for every family, which is why our discovery call is completely free and has no obligation to sign on with us afterward. Don’t hesitate to schedule your call and see how we can help.
